Hiring Copier/Printer Service Technician ~ Tampa, Lakeland, Orlando, Bradenton, Sarasota, Brooksville, Orlando.  Experienced Copier / Printer Service Technician (experience required – must be able and willing to work on multiple manufacturers equipment)

Duties: Diagnosis / Repair / Service of Major brands of copiers and printers and some Wide Format Repair and maintain office equipment by performing diagnostic tests, cleaning, repairing, or replacing parts and components; maintains parts and supplies inventory.

Copiers: Kyocera, Canon, Ricoh, Konica, Xerox, Sharp, Toshiba and others Printers: HP, Lexmark, Brother and some others Wide Format – HP DesignJet and others Assist with Installs / Deliveries & Demo of Equipment.

Assist with Parts – Ordering and Management – Maintain office equipment parts and supplies inventory; anticipating needs; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items.

Customer Service * Maintains customer rapport by greeting customer upon arrival at location Skills/ Requirements /

Qualifications: INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Office Equipment Service Technician

    • Ability and desire to troubleshoot and to tackle multiple brands
    • Very good with customers and in working towards favorable outcomes of each situation and service call.
    • Strong track record of on the job performance
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills
    • A reliable self starter with the ability to prioritize and to take each call to the most successful conclusion
    • Results driven, steady in attendance, reliable, dependable, flexibility, efficient, good communication skills

Helpful but not Mandatory

    • Networking skills as it relates to copiers
    • Manufacturer Training and certifications
    • Some Wide Format experience
