Pre-call and Post-call: A Bay Copy technician and/or support representative will respond to service calls by phone within 1 hour after receipt of the call. Additionally, our technician will follow up with a post-service phone call to confirm customer satisfaction
||Response Time: All service will be performed with an average 4 hour response time.

Online Service Requests:
You can place a call online on our e-service system and the call is directly routed to a service technician.
Service Vehicle Fleet:
Bay Copy & Data owns and maintains their service vehicles. This helps us further guarantee excellent response time for our customers.
Service Loaner: Our service loaner policy is if there are excessive delays in repairing your equipment, we will provide you with similar equipment at no additional charge while your equipment is being repaired.
Live Service Assistance:
You will always get a live attendant for service and supplies inquiries.
